When you order from Concept Création Beauté, delivery can be done by Dicom companies for the moment. We are always on the lookout for the company that will cost you the least and above all will offer you the best service.

Delivery times vary depending on the carrier chosen. For residents of Quebec, they are generally between 1 and 7 working days.

Please note that you can also pick up your order in the Boutique between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday or Friday. It is always best to call us if you are coming to pick up your order to make sure it is ready.

Return

It is Important to note that, for technical and hygienic reasons, our products are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Return due to order error (receipt of wrong product):

Returned products must be in their original condition: the packaging must be intact and the item must not have been used.
If the error is on our side, we will make sure to fix it as soon as possible.
In the event that the error is on the part of the customer, exchange or credit of the product is possible, but the return costs are at the customer's expense. The customer must return the product within 10 days of the invoice date of the purchase, otherwise the return will not be accepted.
You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. No request will be processed after this 7 working days deadline.
